We are raising funds for the Himalayan Women and Children’s Foundation to build a Medical and Dental Clinic/Hydroelectric and school in Tapting village in Nepal. It is a registered 501 c 3 charity.

It takes two days to travel to the nearest hospital for the poor people living in Tapting village which lies in the Solu Khumbu area of Nepal. The quickest way is by air but the price of air tickets are beyond their expectation so they remain suffering most of the time without proper medical facilities.

We are hosting a charity fund raiser at the Broadway Performance Hall on Capital hill July 17th and would like to announce our sponsors in conjunction with the press releases and advertisements. We will have a slide show on Nepal, native dance performances, Sherpas culture and an auction. We are also serving Nepali food.
